Weight loss calculator

We provide a 6 month lifestyle change program for weight loss clients based on three core tenants:


Training: 3 days per week of weight training to strengthen and tone muscles, as well as build confidence in the gym. This program is broken up into 6 training "phases" - each lasting exactly 4 weeks. 


Nutrition: 90% of our clients lose 1% of their bodyweight per week by following these two recommendations: 


Bodyweight x 8 = Daily Calories 

Bodyweight x .5 = Daily Protein


*all nutrition is tracked on our app 

*we work with a Registered Dietician


Milestones: You are 3x more likely to achieve your 6 month goal if it's broken down into 4 week increments! Average client loses 7-10 pounds during each 4 week training phase. Then we recapture metrics, celebrate progress, and move into the next phase!

Me (Braxton, owner) and my three trainers truly share a heart for helping fitness newcomers collect there first set of wins, and then building on those to create an unshakable confidence in and outside the studio!
